Metabolism Based Nutrition Program

A metabolism based nutritional coaching package tailored to your specific metabolism and body composition numbers is something JP Nutrition & Fitness can assist you with. With metabolism-based nutrition no food is “off limits,” food is matched with your metabolism, and you can attain results simply by following your macro and caloric numbers and adopting a well-rounded exercise plan focused more on weight training and less on cardiovascular exercise. The goal is focused on fat loss, not just weight loss, and science first.

Comprehensive New Client – Metabolism Based Nutrition Program

  • (1) Initial 60 minute consultation and full assessment of current patterns and goals, nutritional plan with calorie and macro nutrient goals, nutritional tracking and coaching, grocery list, meal ideas, and other supplemental materials for implementation.
  • (2) 30 minute follow-up consultations (occurring every 4-6 weeks) to review food logs, body composition results and to revise nutritional plan as needed.
  • All consultations will be virtual over 3 month period.
  • Emails are limited to 1 per week to address questions and concerns. Additional support can be provided through Virtual Support or a Weekly Check-In which are both available for an additional fee.
  • This package is for new clients.

New Client – Metabolism Based Nutrition Program

Additional review and adjustments can be made to your specific Metabolism Based Nutrition Program with a follow-up nutrition consultation because in order to see results, it is important to refine and tailor the program specifically to you and your body as it changes.

Follow-Up Nutrition Consultation

  • (1) 30 minute consultation to answer any questions you may have, review food logs, review body composition results, and revise current nutritional plan as needed.
  • Consultation will be virtual.
  • This is for existing clients who have already purchased and are implementing the Metabolism Based Nutrition Program and wish to follow-up on current plan.

Additional Virtual Support is available for existing clients. Virtual video calls and phone calls can be scheduled for 30 minutes of added support you may need to reach your goals. You can also schedule a Weekly Check-In by email or text to make sure you are staying on track with your custom Metabolism Based Nutrition Program.

The important thing to remember is your weight maintenance is not a race. It is a journey. Weight loss takes time if you want to see sustainable results.

Every new client must complete RMR and body composition testing prior to the first consultation. The fee for testing is not included in the package price. If you are unsure where to go, please contact me and I will help you locate a facility. For close residents, testing is available at the Human Performance Lab at Saint Francis University.
